MEMBERSHIP
It you are interested in joining the Club fill out this form and send it to the Club Board for review along with the appropriate check. Upon acceptance you will be notified. If the application is denied, your fee will be returned.
Existing members should use this invoice to send in your dues.
Park Lakes is a year round facility and your membership is based on the calendar year of January 1 to December 31.
All members are subject to the Club rules and guidelines Club By-Laws.(avail. on request)
Membership Fees 2012 |

| Single -- one adult, over 25 | $ 705. |
| Family -- two cohabiting adults or a single parent with tennis-playing children under the age of 18 | $ 1,055. |
| Junior -- up to age 23 | $ 180. |
| Inactive -- Play up to 5 times per year | $ 130. |
Bond Fee 2012 |

| Non-interest bearing bond, refundable upon termination. All new Single and Family members must include the bond fee | $ 100. |
Initiation Fee 2012 |

| Fee for new members to process and review the application | $ 100. |
New Jersey Tax |
|
| New Jersey State Sales Tax must be paid on the full amount excluding the bond fee. | 7% |
Basis |

| We are a 12-month facility with either tennis or paddle or both available every month. Membership is on a twelve-month basis. | |
Reciprocal Arrangement with Mountain Lakes Club |
|
| Park Lakes has a reciprocal membership arrangement with the Mountain Lakes Club whereby their members may join Park Lakes for a reduced membership fee. Reciprocal members may play both tennis and paddle at Park Lakes. Mountain Lakes Club currently does not have paddle courts. Please call George Jackson at 973-335-9650 for further details. | |
